At NXTSTREET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product with a genuine issue, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

🔄 RETURNS

We accept returns/exchanges in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product or size was sent
  • Product received is different from what was ordered

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

📦 PRODUCT CONDITION

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • Product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Original tags/labels must be attached
  • Product must not have been washed, altered, stained, or damaged by the customer

🎥 UNBOXING VIDEO

For damaged, incorrect, or missing products, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This may be required to verify your claim.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns/exchanges may not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been worn or washed
  • Products damaged after delivery by the customer
  • Products without original tags
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care
  • Products returned after the applicable return period

💰 REFUNDS

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider/bank.

🚚 RETURN SHIPPING

If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product sent by NXTSTREET, we may arrange or cover the applicable return shipping.

For other situations, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
